Vincent has been working in software development and architecture for over twenty years. He has experience ranging from Assembler on IBM mainframes to scripting using VB script. For the last five years Vincent has concentrated on Web technologies using SharePoint and Microsoft CMS.
Since the release of SharePoint 2007 Vincent's main focus has been SharePoint development and implementation. He is currently qualified as an MCTS for both MOSS and SharePoint development and is also an MCTS for SharePoint configuration.
Generally known as 'TheKid', Vincent is a regular contributor to the SharePoint community providing samples, help and tips on his blog, participating in the MSDN forums and contributing to open source projects on CodePlex. Vincent was responsible for the CKS:EBE and continues to be the lead developer for the project.
This year Vincent was recognised for his community efforts by Microsoft and was given the MVP award for SharePoint.
Vincent founded SPWorks in 2006 as a SharePoint consultancy providing a personal touch.
Mick has extensive and varied experience in the IT industry over the past 20 years. He has worked with a number of blue chip financial organisations, blue chip pharmaceutical and blue chip entertainment companies. He has vast experience of most development languages, methodologies and technologies, including c# and Java, working on both Microsoft and Unix operating systems. Recently, Mick has been working to implement a major SharePoint implementation for a leading financial service provider. His varied experience helping implement SharePoint to it's full potential. Most importantly, Mick prides himself on understanding both the business and the technology; this ensures that what you want is actually what you get.
